May, 2016: I don't know if it's an annual thing, but during the first weekend or so in Issoudun France they have celebrations. There's cultural activities. Fireworks. Chairs are set out for outdoor dining and drinks. Musical acts/troops come through to perform. And the beautiful, historical White Tower is open for exploring.
