"When you're filled with wonder,
the world is a wonderful place to be."
the world is a wonderful place to be."
~ Winnie the Pooh
Growing up is important, but it seems, in the growing up, there are childlike traits we should never let go: Imagination, hope, faith, the ability to fiercely dream, quick to forgive and forget, and trust. To a child's heart the World is full of possibility. Anything is possible, including growing up to be a cat or a dog. I taught Sunday school for several months once to a bunch of 3-4 year old's. They all had this ability to sporadically turn into animals, meowing and barking all over the place, at the same time. It was amazing, and a little frustrating.
Out of all the amazing childlike traits we should never lose, the ability to wonder is one of the most important. When we wonder we pause. We see the invisible. We see the intangible. We see the what ifs and what can be. The ordinary becomes extraordinary. Our day to day doldrums become magical.
Lets never lose our ability to dream.
Lets never lose our ability to wonder.
Lets never lose our ability to dream.
Lets never lose our ability to wonder.
