This video is a couple years old, made by the LA YSA (Los Angeles Young Single Adults LDS Ward). They're totally playing off the RS and EQ (Relief Society and Elders Quorum, the third hour meeting on Sundays held in Mormon Wards and Branches, following Sacrament and Sunday School) stereo types. The woman are typically thought of as overachievers, giving snacks, handouts, and creating well crafted table displays, etc. The men are seen as laid back and unorganized.
Stereo types, naturally, to the extremes, but we Latter-Day Saints have no problem poking fun at ourselves. And I find this role reversal skit pretty funny.
Honestly I've never been to a full Elders Quorum meeting. The only bit I've seen are the opening announcements, when I was the ward chorister "begging" for more male voices. They were pretty organized. Though, in terms of RS, I have no complaints whenever the teacher brings cookies and handouts. They're always welcomed. :0)
