Taking a few week break from Social Media was an interesting experience. Well, okay, I did crack a few times and take peaks, but for the most part I kept away.
As technology increases we'll find more ways to devour our lives on devices instead of truly living. The internet has its place. It has its purpose. But it isn't everything. Don't let technology and the digital world become you're all encompassing reality.
Get out and live! Drink in the sunshine. Smell the mountain air or listen to an ocean surf. Admire a sunset. Call up a friend. Spend quality time with a love one.
This is real life. Don't waste it.
